Please note that any roofers whom we may connect you with are independent contractors and are not subcontractors, employees, agents or representatives of IKO, nor are they members of the IKO ROOFPRO program. By submitting this request, you consent to share of your contact information with roofer(s) to whom IKO will connect you.
IKO makes no representations or warranties in respect to the expertise, skills or qualifications of any roofer that it may connect you with and is not recommending or endorsing any particular roofer. You should independently conduct due diligence prior to selecting a roofer for your project, such as checking references, financial soundness, proper licensing and insurance, and the workmanship warranty that the roofer offers. IKO does not warrant or guarantee the quality of workmanship, performance, conduct or reputation of any roofer to whom it may connect you.
BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU RELEASE IKO INDUSTRIES LTD./IKO INDUSTRIES INC. AND THEIR AFFILIATES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS AND REPRESENTATIVES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES, DAMAGES OR CAUSES OF ACTION (INCLUDING DIRECT AND INDIRECT LOSSES, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES AND ECONOMIC LOSS), KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, WHICH YOU MAY HEREINAFTER HAVE ON ACCOUNT OF OR RELATED TO:
(A) YOUR SELECTION OF A ROOFER, THE WORK PERFORMED BY SUCH ROOFER AND ANY DISPUTE YOU MAY HAVE WITH SUCH ROOFER; AND
(B) IKO’S PROCESS FOR DETERMINING WHICH ROOFERS TO CONNECT YOU WITH.
PLEASE NOTE:
Roofer may receive rebates or rewards from IKO based on their purchases of IKO products, in accordance with typical industry practices.
