Fast-N-StickTM 180-Base

IKO FAST-N-STICK
Fast-N-Stick 180-Base Mechanically Attached Base Sheet is manufactured from a tough non-woven reinforced polyester mat strengthened with select glass fiber strands, that is coated with select SBS polymers and premium quality asphalt to a thickness of 2.5 mm (98 mils). A dual release selvage that incorporates an adhesive SBS coating is provided for complete self-adhesive lap seaming of the product. The top surface of Fast-n-Stick 180-Base is covered by a thin layer of micro-perforated film, which disappears upon heat welding of the cap sheet. The bottom surface is sanded to prevent sticking in the roll. Fast-N-Stick 180-Base is a strong, “lay flat” base sheet to be used as a mechanically fastened base sheet in the Fast-N-WeldTM System.
